"locality in Barke sandstone fossils. It is one mile from the Baker Hotel up the Fork River trail to a fence north having a trail up the eastern side, and then north about four miles, and from there into the woods to the fork. Here occur loose blocks of the Barke sandstone reflect rock forms. Took away a few slabs. Attempted to make a collection from one, and I guard to try for $25-35 per t. Aug. 25-1927. Spent the day collecting along the Priest's Road to near Corner on the Beach. Got many of fossils at some place collected only Guthrop. A slab and Favorsites came beyond the school house at the fork of the roads. All Richmond
