Clarke showed me to my German friends (a group of friends) who had come town. At the game where as I have been of this other man in the State Museum under Merrill. He also showed me his Chapman fauna material. The natural part, [illegible] it is going to be very large a fact to the god back at Polk County, it may give belief to that region. The Chapman fauna does not remind strongly of any fauna known it in Lower Wisconsin and nearest to Polk County.
