range. The Mt. Joli beds at Percé certainly belong some- where in the Dalhousie series. This is shown by the occurrence of the same Favositæ, Jafkrents, Shemards and the common Dalhousie Spirifera. Then again the Fucoidal markings resemble the same things associated with Canda-falli in the beds at Basse from 3 to 7.
