Oshkosh, Friday July 17-91.
Arrived at 2:37 P.M. Started out
at once for the quarry 2 miles to
the south east of the city. Four
large quarries were visited and
found to be in the Salines. The
horizon is the same as those at
Neenah. Fossils are more numerous
and of a greater variety. Found
some fragments of Lingulasma? lychn-
uchwi and four specimens of
Clitambmitus americana. The other
fossils are about the same as those
collected at Neenah.
