Shipped the 31th and four boxes by the N.Y.C.E. & H.P.R. Late in the evening left de Rog for Orchestr. Aug. 25-95 Spent the day in Orchestru. In the afternoon visiting Orchestr Coney Island - Somerville. Aug. 26-95 Visited the Bands Natural History Establishment. Of American fossil did not see many desirable or rather remarkable specimens. Of European fossils a large Rudist m'18 from very good; a cave bear pro35-- and large Penta- crinus slabs, three of which photos had been secured by me. The best American fossil was a Baculite 2'6" long for $ 20--
