Mexico City Sunday Sep 9-1906 In the morning and Stanton and Reidelmann visited Guadalupe. Some celebration was on at a high noon mass and I saw the celebrated pilgrims flow to adoration. In the afternoon at 4 we then started down the Paseo de la Reforma and we had arrived at the building peace monument a severe storm came on us with cold druth hail. The ice pieces were as large as 1/4 to 3/8 inch. In spite of some shelter we got out through and had to return to the hotel to change clothes.
