The oldest record is at the top of Norway, The record is 20 years old but because no finds occur nearly to prove the age certainly, although though the Cambrian, little attention has been paid to this record. In South Africa Cheman states to me that appears to be Low Cambrian glaciated deposit has been found. David Dr. ophir for Hills record in China is now over Cuman. Probably also in south India. Gregory has given some evidence for an ancient glaciated deposit in Iceland or Spitzbergen. Then there is some evidence for Surt Britain. All of these records pale into the Low Cambrian or below. David showed scratched boulders and several photographs that leave no doubt about the Cambrian glaciated till. The boulders are round squashed and fractured due to the folding of the beds. David then described the Permo-Carboniferous deposits that in Australia extend through 30 degrees from south [illegible] to north, E. and W. through 300 Kilometers. Marine deposits of Permo-Car. age are found all along the East coast and on the north west coast. To the west of the eastern area are the country along the south slate region is scratched. Farther north boulders are
