Zone of carbonaceous shale inclusions 7-7 to 8-3 Brown to pink stain locally- 11-3 20-4 9-1 Brown stained fine grained locally shaley sandstone, nicaceous with sandy plastic brown clay in upper 1/4. 20-4 42-6 22-2 Chiefly gray to light gray micaceous sandstone, predominately medium grained, local fine grained zones. Coaly streaky streed, several zones of coaly shale + shaley inclusions. These zones as follows.- 21' to 21'9" 23'11" to 24'9" 31'5" to 32'5" 34'2" to 35'2" 40'4" to 41'3" 42-6 48-9 6-3 Gray to black shale as follows 42-6 to 42-10, Gray silty sh. 42-10 to 44-9, Gray + black sh. 44-9 to 45-1, Black sh. 45-1 to 48-1, Gray to black silt, 48-1 to 48-9. Black clayey 48-9 53-7 4-10 Hard clay:- 27" Gray, locally darker, flint and flinty blocks. Some scattered bledis in dolite. 5" Nodular, relatively small modules 10" Sideritic module 16" Sideretic block dotted modules upper 6".
