106. Another Hamp Butler opening in lower Bakerstown, about 55° NW of #14. Heading N 15° E. 107 s. Outcrop of Harlem coal in road bank. Overlain by black shale; red shale comes in below on slope, just S of barn. 108 Obliterated Harlem opening, dump with marine fossils in shale 109 Three abandoned & caved openings in coal above Harlem horizon. Harry Miller reports 30" coal. Probably Barton. 110 s. Coal stripping in Upper Kittanning. Abandoned. Was operated by Attitude at SE cor. on floor below face N 36° E, 9½ 12° W. At W end of strip there was an old opening; tipple stands but entry obliterated by strip. Several dozer gouges S. of strip on S side powerline on crop of the coal
