68.(cont.) Coal 10" Shale binder 6" Cool 30" Binder 1" Coal 4" Openings abandoned and caved. Probably a Kittinging the section resembles Freeport. 69. Opening abendoned + caved, made by Jim Knox. Reported to have section similar to # 68 70 Coal prospect and two coal crops, one above and one below the prospect. Upper crop.- Coal overlain by black shale, underlain by red bed. Prospect shows dump of bone, coal + shale, Bill Bowser reports "over 2' of coal" lower crop in gully at side of old road. Approx. inches coal, red bed comes in 2 1/2 feet below. 71. open
