Beef all of D is of Ordovician age leaving with the Black River and apparently belonging with the Lister Trenton. There is no Eden or Mayville. The equivalent Richmond is present within a fauna wholly unlike those of America. It is the time and fauna of the Brachipodum Tainiolites Schizus of Sweden, and in a way of the Brachidium of Estland. Of earlier Silurian, the American Alexandria series then appears to be none. So far as I can see all of E is of the time of the American middle Silurian = Clinton - Swellth. As Conchidium Knighti is present in Bohemia it may be that a little of the Dolina is present, but in general it appears to me that all is middle Silurian. There is no Cagnano. The lower Devonian starts in with the Black Limestones of F.1 and then go into the gray limestones of F.f 2. These are the equivalents from Franklin, Creyman, New England and perhaps the Beercofts.
