"This section brings out prominently the fact i.e. that there is another stratiforme line just above the lowest cystid zone in the Middle Marlus. Harkly says a similar bed occurs at the D.B.B. only less prominently. Another point is that the crusty bed of the D.B.B. (=Lower Marlius) is decidedly a shelly limestone bed and more prominent than the one above the Pentamys beds at D.B.B (=Mid. Marlus) The large Lepiditae must have come from some other although found in the dust of the cystid bed. Spent the afternoon in the Corijana mill quarry. It is in the last of the Upper Pentamerus beds and up into the Macro- pleura beds.
