June 12 - 1901 Wednesday
Left Washington on the 10.00 G.M.
train for Cumberland. Arrived at
2.50. Talked shop with Lorden
and started by the balance of the
day.
June 13 - Thursday.
Spent the entire day at Pinto, 10
miles S. &. on the D. & C. R. R.
From the station went around to the
Armisteads road in up found a very
complete section beginning in the Clinton
and terminating with the gated bed.
I had a copy of Powers section and
in it I have made alterations and re-
marks to adjust his work.
In this section it will be best to
begin the salmion with the first inter.
