but is probably less. Over another Phycus hearklam in large slabs, about 3/4 mile just north by Song not the mountains railroad about 3 miles me has a good exposure of the Medina. Further south the Red Medina as in the Chicago house with whole grit or recessions green sand and John for a mile me has an other exposures. At the turn on the rail road about 3 miles at takes there is a slope of Medina about 35 feet high. Then comes in thin redded red sandy tone alternating dark shales for a thickness of about six feet. Then thin and heavy bedded iron layered sandstone over the whole formation for light This is the same grey as beneath the quarry. Ever clear for about & foot. This is the same that is found the Hellbore and other layers. In the end lies immediately film by the Langelli branch, Lingula cancuta etc then follows closely the town quarry limits. They make their way by cliffs on the Medina, did not go now 1/2 mile further as nothing more could be seen of great exposures. But they'm certain that there is Mr Clinton Mr Ros- chester about Hamilton. The iron Loughs rests directly upon the Medina and apparently the same Medina as at the Chicago page. In going south to Holland one sees the old red lakes almost in the lowest rocks. From Stony Creek to Vinem out one sees the same series as at Hamilton Distance 11 miles from Hamilton. After this there
