Along the railway cutting below the turnpike cutting might seem to afford advantage the contact between the Ordinary and the Beecroft, this as follows Contact 18-20 inches of a grey dense frequently laminated Black Ordinary shale. Thin loddled Beecroft limestone. Fault my little hole here. The Beecroft near the top has a broken bed long shallower I saw both on face and slippage. dense li. shale and shaly li. slip zone. slate dense li. heavy lidded dense li. Ask Kirk if he has a photo of these, he says he has three pictures.
