In New York City at 3:20 Left to Murray Hill
hotel at 5:40 P.M.
Oct 7 - 1923. Sunday, New York,
checked my bag at the Grand Central R.R.
and went to Columbia Univ. to attend the Coun-
cil meeting of the S.O.A. The meeting dragged
slowly and President White talked too much.
At 4:15 left the meeting and N.Y. at 6
P.M. for Lane astray, Penna., when I arrived
at 9:30 A.M.
