San Diego, Jan 28 - Friday Took the nine A.M. bus for Los Angeles and got off at the Scripps Institute of Oceanography about two miles n.w. of La Jolla, or 16 miles n.w. of San Diego. Intended to see Rayhan. but he had gone to Los Angeles. Looked a little over the Institute. There are two large building sheds and a group beside about two dozen small houses used as residences.
