to first branch. Bark dappled and lenticils
dirty cream-colored later. Outer bark grey
white, inner brown very fibrous. Old exudation
very black. Wood for boards, joints for joint
(spaced). IMPORTANT SPECIES.

889-2151 - Medang simati. Tree, 30m, 15m to
first branch. Bark dark red, hooped slightly
stippled. Buttressed at base 0.5m up, 1m out.
Slash brown, granular inner bark, wood yellow
white. Bark lenticelled, lenticels running
vertically. Lichen spotted

Wobah - Tree 25m, 10m to 1st branch, 50cm
diabh, fluted at base. Bark deep red
slightly dappled, inner bark thin and orange,
wood white. Used for boards, sticks
