Both white w horizontal stripes.
Good for firewood, eating. Timber not good,
but Chinese sell it claiming it is. 420' alt,
ridge top - organic soil. Leaves dark green above,
slightly lighter below. Outside green, taste
broom.

Kumpang darah - v. canna species
420, location as before. Leaves
dark green above, light below.
Dried or fresh all white. Good
fire-wood.

Semenjai hitam Bagus until
papan (plank) sudah larut. Satu
biji saja. Kulit hitam. Buah merah
keluar, putih didalam. Biji coklat.
Dark green above, lighter below.
~ 2.5m shrub. 5 or so on
soil, flat area on top of ridge in
primary forest.
