Philadelphia
Wistar Institute
dep. 2 - 1894.
The museum is in the lower
floor. The windows are not
exceptionally wide but make up for it by their height. The cases
are set between the windows, set against the plain and extend
considerably into the room; are
made of oak. Locks
are in evidence. There are no
partitions to the cases. One
end for pipes are used for
up-rights and brackets,
which are open on one side;
one is fastened in the back
by means of screws. The
shelves though can be adjusted
to all labels and not obstruct
view against the light.
