Left Washington at 11.10 P.M.
Feb 27 En route to Louisville.
Arrived in Louisville by
way of Ashland, Lexington
and Danville Kentucky at 8
P.M. Took a room at Soelbach's.
Feb 28 Louisville
Called on Victor Lyon early in
the morning but found he had gone
a courier for two days. Then
called on Mr. J. H. Fogg and met
Mr. Orige de Stiles in the street.
Heard that all collecting was now
stopped except by Dr. S. K.
Creme of New Albany Indiana.
Then called on the latter.
