from Gampfsdville in I. Imjidaetylus (uncertain). That angular plated crinoid from Gampsdville is Aulocerosinus agissigi D.S.I. At Dover about 12 miles south of Burlington Iowa there is a gentleman Mr J.C. Beebe having a collection of Burlington crinoids. Understand he will see, but go to see him in the morning. Saw a starfish. Of Aulocerosinus magnificus D.S.I. have a number of drawers full of specimens. In the evening called again on Mr. Beets. He showed me his collection which consists mainly of Burlington crinoids. Said he all he has about 150 species for $350. Or may divide his collection selling the second best set of about 100 species of about 500 specimens for $200. He also
