Karsuit - Paftorfik (cont.) clay and sands with tuffs at about 100'-150' Sand lies in well laid lime in the ground. Cras hides of tuff, flace in marine are poor indeed, speci- men taken from last. One crag sl aler beneath basalt, all taken by boat. Good plants in dark sk under ss at 700' Don't think we found right exposure at 620'. All valley full of Truldas from places. On top Karsuit a distance to light away then ss and sandy sl with many bow crag streals, about 4-5 mi w of Karsuit very many crag streals shows in lown 50' Sliberstenfeld. Marine E of Camp. 70' concealed by drift. Then 20' tuff ss. Coral 2' # 60' ss. Dip about 35° N.N.W. cmyl. goes up dip and later at 330' A.T. Dip continues lowered to 150# 460' (from wood') Resume section in next field W. (a tributary to the glacial stream coming down near Sliberstenfeld at 500'. Buff iron bedded ss, 30' dip about 10° N, Stromatic cement. Source. This ss lies in stream for a long way up and after extends to N of branch of stream at 360 A.T. Little below into main place in
