At 2.30 started out to see the Sils formation about
one mile south of Kraham.
Here along the road can be seen dipping south the
follying section. Dip 40° S-E,
Section continues.

This bedded my in pure material
grain calcite cemented by 19 yards.

At the eastern end of this Sils outcrop I saw a
mass of partly 1000 pounds which greatly resembled the
Orickley limonite. Saw no fruits on it.
In the crasse sandstone of the above section I
which resembled those seen in the Coymans.
Saw similar Alchem segments or for the horizon is
indeterminete.
