tended this far, at Buchanan I looked yester day at some ochry shale of considerable thickness and I also believe the got into our Lenri basin. Certain it is that I know came anything similar about Shetfying or north. About Peppers there are the are heavy bedded limestone with some shale, the thickness is apparently considerable. These resemble considerably the Sheran- dale only that there is more shale here (these appear like same [illegible] near Eggleston). Left on the 10:00 L.M. and Got off the train at Benton and walked E to the county line between Pulaski and Lee.
