E.M. work - Phyllis Bradbury told Rumania [illegible] ciliate workers that the one way to hold e.m. tissue (protozoans) after glutaraldehyde fixation was to put them in 6% glucose soltn with cacodylate as a buffer & then in refrigerator G.L. said one needed a hard spoon for dry - but there was the difficulty of penetration w/ all e.m. stains in dry.
