you can't orient under e.m. without knowing gen. configuration cuticle these 2 layers (inner) are digitate & you need light microscope orientation to avoid "included" isolates i.e. section cutting digitate cell layer to give isolate appearance. Bry. digestive tract etc. is U-shaped & also twists as you follow it along Tentacles of Bry. must be fixed when withdrawn within zirconium otherwise distortion due to pinocytosis.
