1g in 100 cc distilled water (aqueous distilled)
let dry. stand for an hour (maybe 2 hrs); this
will vary with species.
Rouge neutre (microbiol-physiol. product)
Blen de Creayl brilliant (Bishyon prodct)
Methylene Blue.
Crystals of m. b. saturate sea water.
cover solution with parafilm & place in
oven & bring to 25°C. w. dry. in m. b.
Oven is already on.
