Cone layers in thin bedded sand are partly red brown. -- a few pelecypods -oysters + duscosuccus -like shells Spheros etc. lesions o o o o Sphenococcus seems limited to first cone layer + small cone within a few feet above + below. However the association of fossils with it has a much wider range, extending down to + possibly including John's layer (West)
