St. Augustine, Saturday Dec 30 1911. walked around in various places and generally fooled away the day. Saw are this was while being yesterday. Will leave tomorrow morning for Jasannah. Sunday Dec 31 1911. Left St. Augustine at 8.05 A.M. for Jasannah. Arrived on time at 1.30. Stopping at Palaski House a second rate hotel. Bull street in Jasannah is one of the most picturesque streets in all North America, a series of rectangular fountains break up the regularity of Bull street. Beyond the area begin the oldest monuments and the line ends in the Confederate Dead Monument. The fountain in this line of monuments is one of the most pleasing of any fountains I have seen.
