St. Augustine, Monday March 31 - 1930 Shipped by Express collect the box parts and one of Outlines to Peat-ole Museum. Also, my lawyer willie collect to 58 Stone st. St. Augustine April 2-3-4-1930 Attended some of the Ponce de Leon-Memora- der celebration of the discovery of Florida, and the founding of the village of St. Augustine. The city persists in getting its history wrong making the date of discovery April 2-1513 when it is 1572. Then they let the Fountain of Youth advertise their false small spring that Ponce never saw, or at least that town and the slightest part of. What these people should read is Parkman's book, but I am thinking the city father are either all good Roman Catholics or old business men fearing to damage their myth account of the discovery with the false "Fountain", which is no fountain at all. Paid my hotel bills and at 8.00 P.M. April 4, I arrived for Cincinnati, Ohio, when I arrived to- moning early at 9.30, P.M. All in all this has been the dullest April I any anywhere. What's much worse than as reported but a great deal more than Cleveland.
