St. Augustine Fla., March 30-1930 Yesterday noon, Saturday I finished the new Outlines. It has gone quicker than I expected, in fact I did not hope to finish it here in Florida. All in all I am satisfied with the book. It is now more largely about 25 printed pages and is more historical than ever, as it should be from my stand point as a paleontologist. This has been the first winter for weather favor y to one or seven or far short average for Florida. Jan. and Feb. were most delightful, now all the days sunny and most of them warm enough to wear my spring clothing. March has been more than half of the days dark and rain has fallen in great gushes. lites. This said max rain has fallen than is usual to here n four times. The Buellington Hotel is a comfortable place and very they are smartly and cleanly. It is in any way a prominent hotel, and at all times there have been about three ladies to one man. The great majority of guests are old people and this was more true in Jan. and Feb. During March the hotel filled up with all sorts of auto people, and families, and from one to three small children. The hotel looks after their guests providing cood parties, but many see the managers are bridge or women.
