Dalhousie N.B. Wednesday September 3-1930 As I got up a decided fog on the lake is always stung just ready to catch the 7.30 ferry to Digir- osha. Just as I got on to head it began to rain hard and kept it up until 11.30 when the ferry was heaved again. As all looked rain I decided to go back to the Inn, but by me P.M. the sun was out and clearing. So I pros. The Onigouaska road N. goes to Monville 40 5 miles and the P.R. Therefore the high hills making the southern mar- gin of the Monville Valley are of the Hopi Miller cliffs. This ferry to ononno only go twice to St. Orner and Carleton and I have concluded to spend the day finding out other land anyl. is this town on the P.R. between these two stations. By the P.R., it is 4 miles to St. Orner and 3 mile to Carleton. The basal crypt. of the "Bemarantins" at Sacra Point male, of but a small part of the 870 estimated by Kindle, It also clumps here one stepy from 1/2 miles further E as seen from the ferry. Here is another hard layer dipping E about 300. All the rest appears to be red muddy soft sandstone. It shone hard in the afternoon.
