Heard up all talk about Emmus family, and about family histoy and our daily routs. August 30, Saturday. Left Cinti on the 9. O. M. N.Y. Central Railway for Niagara Falls. A hot day. Set to the Falls at 10 P.M. Put up at the Cataract House, the oldest hotel in town, and got the best room they had. Aug. 31 Niagara Falls. Spent most of the day visiting the Falls on each side of the International Broad- way. Another hot day. Arrived more tired than any other in many years.
