hospital. Wednesday Dec 18-1940 About 11 O.M. I entered the Morrell Memorial Hospital and tried private room (no 17). My stools kept on in great abundance (with urine discharges) four or five Times a day) for about four weeks when I began to show signs of amend- ment. The hospital gave me good at- tention and Dr. Sullivan called in once a twice each day and by Jan. 17-1941 I was discharged as needing no further hospital care.
