December 14-1936 J. Ray Arnold of the oil well at Brrrland, Fla. met me by accident in the Lakeland Terrace Hotel. He said he well was down to 5740 feet. He showed a piece of a rod 30 fathers [illegible] near this depth. December 24-1936 Professor Longwell, wife and their six month old girl baby dispeed in, and asked him to stay one night. This guy did. This day they autored from Miami = 340 miles. The day before they drove to Miami from St. Peters- town. They left at 9 A.M. for St. Peter's town.
