Tuesday Dec. 3 - 1940 Curl all the way to Jacksonville and I did not sleep for once, we ar- ived on time (7 A.M.) and on time (8 A.M.) pro- ceed in Tampa. On trip at Lakeland, where I arrived at 12.45 P.M. The hotel had a cab. The town was to take cab and my luggage to the Plant Florida Hotel. Without any cause I enjoy[illegible] the trip as usual, Probably because I had nothing special to read. Arrived in health and Mandy Baumgarten had my room 423 as last year in the same order I left it last April. At 3 P.M. I am unpacked and once more at home in Paradise.
