In the Lutton Out man has [mages] of the Green Out. As the first technic Tour came towards to close of the Ordovician, therefore no Green Out existed previous to the to the late Ordovician. There is here no gran- itic core. The granites farther E. are of ? Devonian age, of the Basewalk, or from Ints., all that is known here in Quebec are the chlorite schists - one metamorphosed later, which had been reduced to a level plain when to the Luron Continent invaded down the St. Lawrence gorge-line. The actual Proterozoic basewalk of the chlorite schists are unknown here.
