Tuesday Sep. 11, 1934.
In the afternoon visited Dr. E., mostly E.
& Coronaries order are still to be made.
Our first stop was to see the most northern outcrop of the Highgate bedded ls. Here it is interbedded with one or two feet more usual and by many feet 2"-6" thick small pettled whetpromational cry (marble). Orizons have been seen here.
Go to Highgate here was to trace up a thrust sheet (the Pigeon Hill's Hook), to me must seem to be Phillipsburg and Austin Hook, it is all common bdlan, folded and buried at top. The Highgate and the old 'Orilton' are thrust upon the Carey and Dr. Armand.
The Highgate is also here much more metamorphosed from usual. For the locality see Clark's map n for his sketch of pure ore.
Dr Highgate slate is present here, it is as low as on the Hamble Farm.
