Clark found the Raymond locality in Hightgate from shortly to the southeast of the first angular unconformity, about 10 to 12 yards. The red silt unit of the frms is at only 15 feet beneath the Kenzia contact. This cone seen in almost all of beds up to the contact, but more lower down. On the weathered surface are some four lines of Orthids, two from cephalopods, Lingulas and Locdin.
Here Clarke found a fine occurrence of Diplostratus aplati with short spines. I collected a lot of trilobites, and Clark has another lot. Also saw some Synthmia (three ones) and a large orthrid collected by Kay.
At Phillipstown looked at the dolomite thrust and contact on the heavily disturbed Trenton [illegible] slate. This place is totally of the others and crosses the lead down twice far from to reach, Clarke step 2.
About a mile or more south of this place occurs Lingula sp. acuminate, he was in calling it Pridom. This frms, known also occurs on the Low. Hightgate.
