Phil. Oct 5-1933 In 1927 Mrs Ametry paid 6200. She purchased the house in 1929 for 4000. Still owe on house 2310. Tax on when Phil purchased 5200 (1929) and now it is 3100. Phil has given Emma a note for $1300 (interest or face years) Phil must have to save at least $65.00 per month to live in his present house. This includes interest charge. To hold Phil's having at most than monthly paid $30.00 per month (= 4/10 interest and 20 as amortized).
