7/31/02 Fossil leaf types according To the Lithology Sapindopsis & Laurophyllum dominate in the shales Araliopsides in the siltites, and WP23 large & small in the coarsest beds. Similarly among the ferns Cladophlebis seems most common in the shale. I do not have an impression of the associations of Gleichwites and Matonidium but Matonidium may be more Common at Ian's original site (02-2226).
