"North Carolina Mines Build. A good general exhibit. A lot of flexible sandstone from States Cr., Zinc Ore (Cassiterite) the mines are left square. Good Cornedume Exhibit Have a gem collection, the property of J.H. Pratt. A.D. Ellen from Salem N.C. Mention his name and as having seen the flexible sandstone. She is a lawyer and was the place? The specimens here belong to the State Mrs. Reitz on charge now? Formosa - Japan. Agric. B. and Industrial Dept. 1 Geological map of Formosa mainly lithograpic Government show a collection of bamboo. A standard collection of woods putting like those of the Corn Mines. Also some carved and planed boards. Aboriginal portraits, Japan (Agric. B.) 30 lots of insects, many Lepidoptera showing all stages of metamorphosis. Many good colored photos of fruit trees, tea fields and etc.
