Nov. 1 - 1903 Sunday In America, Delaware Bay. This morning at 8 we are at the cape, the Ora Falls Light ship and three on one pilot, At about 1 P.M. we are detained 20 minutes by the Health Officer. The day is a perfect one and the atmosphere hazy. No need for an overcoat now the first time in many months. Save the room steward $5.00 and the table waiter $2.00 Arrived at the craft at Philadelphia at 5 P.M. It was just 6 P.M. when left through the Customs examination. Left Phil. for Washington at 7.15. Arrived H. James Hotel at 11. P.M.
