42 Eskimoo Greenland March 28 1917 The seismograph went all right till 7 am then missed to mark off the minutes at 8 30 I turned the long set screw and the minutes were again registered but I find that I have not replaced the hand hook on properly and the Hour mark does not register till 5 minutes after the hour and the secog not being correct does not work of the minute on the exact amount of the clerk but made to get the correct time and appointment later. No shock off at 10 18 or at 10 20 I have no knowledge at present as to the correct time the chronometer is said to be about 10 minutes fast
