South of Douglas, Wyo Mowry - thick typical upper part, then becomes 1B - Mowry-thermop typesh in basal 4/4 feet approx. 2.0+ Sandstone, very hard dark gray with fine gr., somewhat calc 17.0+ Obscured, approx mces, 1.0 Sandstone as above; interference ripples - desertion curchs ? on top surface - crust be forced in, may be bzso. Bed has greenish czst on top surfacc. 7.0 Obscured, about 2' black sh under ss above than slope wash, 0.5 Sandstone as above 4.3 Obscured. 8.5 Partially obscured, platy hard silty to xln ls in upper 4/4
