ocu. Above this pl[illegible] silts going, is cl-grsy blck shale & saltyish with silt laminzo, some Fc cones & cone-in-cone. East of town along oil field road which takes off from city park (turn right instead of left toward big spring.) gve best Thermopolis exposures. No section measured. Would be difficult to get complete one here. Did see good bentonite about 30' above Greybullss. Cloverly [illegible] along road is less study in upper, Greybull part and rusty bed may be thinner. Dug out contact (regwal) in gutter, is thin bedded sst sh on clgstone, much sharper then in Loc #2 at road cut.
