4.2 Silty, loc clayey, fine gr SS, with partings liq. sh in lower pzvt, Soft with dark streaks & laminay thruout. 11.8 Sandstone, fine-med frizble, massive x-10m beds 9.5 Silty sandstone with carb lzmnrz & partings and some interbedded fssile sandy clay shale, lower 4' some wormwork. is chiefly thin bedded siltstone, upper 5.5 is described. Siltstone weathers gray-white some beds orange stain - whole unit soft. 5.5 Sandstone-fine gr to med gr. Ionticulzr, x-12m., clay pellets scattered thruout it. 5.3 Shale dark gray to black, finely silty, grades into dk gray argill siltstr locally hard with the stain about 2' above base. locally basal foot+ is highly Silty variegated zone- chiefly gray-white & pink. Massive brn weath SS - upper of 2 in Beer Cr section 12
