upper part argillaceous, carbonaceous
shelly silt lenses & thin beds,
some x-lens fine ss lenses in
lower part - weathers lite gray
to gray white, irregularly bedded.
To south on ridge upper 1.5 of siltstone grades
to variegated clzstune - pink + gray white
Note, The shaley beds in this section are
blocky, not fissile. Not obviously
laminated.
Interbed has cyclic repetition of
lignitic sh, grading upward to lite
gray waxy sh.
