Oil Creek Section ? Fountain Interbedded silty shale, sandy, micaceous with beds & lenses calcic ss. Dark red + brick red with irreg zones + blotches bot. green 5.5 Sandstone calcic, angular ckt, qtz, feldsptr, weather light pinkish gray. 0.5 Limey sandstone, (zummsted) yellowish gray 4.6 Sandstone, fine, silty, soft, greenish gray 53.0 Sandstone, fine to coarse locally slabby to irregularly bedded some massive beds, sandy sh partings. Micaceous. Locally zones ckt of calcic ckt, qtz, feldsp frzgs up to 1.0 cals generally, gray to green, fine stuff orange-red. Shales brick red some green. Whole becomes more calcic upward. Forms big orange-red cliff. Continuation of above 27.0 continuation of above 66
